I am thrilled to be writing to you as the new President of the NSA GLAC. On behalf of our passionate board, it is our intention to deliver to you an exciting year with exceptional speakers, and thought provoking, business building gatherings.

I mentioned in my acceptance speech at the June Chapter Meeting that our growth and success will lie in our ability to be collaborative and vulnerable. With all of us working together as a community, we can't help but be individually successful as well. This can be a lonely profession and by associating with like-minded others, we can often find the inspiration and drive needed to develop and maintain a successful speaking and influencing business.

I have only been in the USA (from Australia) for four years and when I arrived the NSA GLAC was such a great support to me. I feel honored and privileged that I have the chance to give back through leadership and as such I welcome all feedback, ideas and suggestions. We are blessed to have a wonderful board this year, continuing on from the amazing talent that has preceded us in years gone by.
