Tod Novak

Tod is referred to as America's Sales and Motivational Expert, and is CEO of The Novak Group. Tod has appeared on national TV and radio. His compelling new book is called "Has Technology Left Us Speechless?" Starting his first business at the age of 9, Tod has a lifetime of "real world" business experience. Tod is Founder and Past President of NSA New Mexico, and has been a proud member of the National Speakers Association for over a decade.



Joel G. Block

Joel is a dealmaker, hedge fund manager, CPA and real estate broker with extensive background in finance and accounting with degrees in both from CSU Northridge. Joel makes over 30 appearances annually plus he hosts and headlines his Syndicated Hedge Fund Symposium twice annually for estate brokers, financiers, investors and other professionals who fund and acquire real estate properties. A long time entrepreneur who has been a principal in over 40 syndicated transactions. Joel is currently building a national CrowdFunding Platform catering to the real estate and entrepreneurial markets.



Karen Doolittle

Karen is a business consultant, speaker, nutritionist, and author of the forthcoming book, Fun with Food: Learn to Cook Anything in 10 Days (even vegan, paleo or gluten-free). Her uniquely simplified approach to cooking was developed after feeding 10,000 troops as a registered dietitian and officer in the US Air Force, combined with her 20 years of strategy and process improvement consulting at EY, and her own consulting firm. She has served as a recurring moderator and panelist for the Forte Forum inspiring women business leaders. She is a contributing author of Heart of a Military Woman, a collection of true short stories celebrating our military service members. Karen holds an MBA in Strategy & Operations Management from UCLA, and a BS in Nutrition & Food Science from Virginia Tech.

Connie Pheiff MPA, MCC

Connie is a business architect and chairwoman of the Pheiff Group; inspiring professional women around the world to live a life of freedom and purpose through entrepreneurship. Connie spent over two decades working in Corporate America as the CEO of Girl Scouts and Director of the U. S. Chamber of Commerce. Connie launched her new career as an entrepreneur a decade ago and is rich with opportunity. It’s not always easy, but entrepreneurship has delivered the happiness, freedom, and wealth that were painfully missing from her life as an executive. Author of four books including her latest Marketing Masters and host of the award winning podcast/radio show Up or Out with Connie that gathers together the best business minds from across the globe to share perspectives on business, freedom, and success.



Tom Oser

is an expert on bridging the gap between technology and business serving business as a consultant, corporate executive, speaker and educator. He speaks and serves clients internationally in U.S., Europe, India and China, and across the industry landscape including Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment. He teaches MBA programs and executive education at The Wharton School and UCLA's Anderson School of Business. He is active with NSA GLAC; as past President 2014 term, 2015 Dean of the Speakers Academy, and currently serves as the Director of Membership.



Darren Kavinoky

Darren is the creator and host of the hit TV show "Deadly Sins" on Investigation Discovery. He is also a certified interventionist, attorney and legal analyst, and “misbehavior” expert who appears constantly on the Today show, The View, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Dr. Phil, various shows on CNN, HLN, Fox News, and countless others. Darren’s expertise in addiction and extreme forms of mischief is not merely clinical; in May of 2000, after decades of unsuccessfully battling his own addictions, Darren had a life-changing pivotal moment. As a result, he is now obsessed with helping audiences produce their own moments of change that are just as powerful.

Deborah Johnson

Deborah Johnson is an award-winning entertainer with deft piano and vocal skills, has performed on many stages around the world. She’s also been a first-call pianist for Disney for over fifteen years. With a Masters Degree in music, she has taught every level including graduate school. In her speaking engagements, she uses music and media as a tool to touch the heart as well as the mind. A prolific writer of musicals, songs and books, she is able to successfully help others reach their goals with proven principles gleaned from her expansive training and research.



Charles Araujo

Charles is a recovering consultant and accidental author of the book, The Quantum Age of IT: Why Everything You Know About IT is About to Change. He is an internationally recognized authority on “Digital Leadership” and liberally shares his message of hope about the future of Digital Enterprises and what it means for all of us. He is the founder and CEO of The Institute for Digital Transformation and serves on the boards of itSMF USA and the Executive Next Practices Institute. He is a regular contributor to CIO Insight Magazine, writes a recurring column for InformationWeek and has been quoted in or published in magazines, blogs and websites including Time, CIO, CIO & Leader, ZDNet, IT Business Edge, ITSM Portal, TechRepublic, SupportWorld, Computerworld, USA Today and Forbes.
